Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Delivery estimates are counted from the day you place your order and match the options shown at checkout:

• Free Shipping — 5–7 business days. Free on every US order.
• Insured Fast Shipping — 3–4 business days. $5.00, selectable at checkout.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on every US order. Insured Fast Shipping is $5.00 and can be selected at checkout.

Tracking
A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Delays
We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs, but we'll always help you track down a late package — just contact us.
