Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

Order cutoff
Orders placed before 2 PM (local time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends/holidays, are processed the next business day.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and displayed before you pay.

Tracking
A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or reach out to us.

Delays
We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs, but we'll always help you track down a late package — just contact us.
